Project Description
Many students struggle to find study-relevant jobs. Data from Akademikerne and STAR.dk show that 82% of young people with relevant work experience secure employment within nine months of graduation, compared to only 49% of those without experience. The program includes: Day 1 Design Your Future (career roadmap and personal strategy); Day 2 Bridging the Experience Gap (translating academic and personal competencies into job readiness); Day 3 Maximizing Visibility on LinkedIn (personal brand and professional networking etiquette); Day 4 (further detail not provided in source).
