The Way to Experience — for Asian Students and Graduates
A special edition of Vejen til Erfaring in partnership with Community House Copenhagen, helping Asian students and graduates navigate the Danish job market.

What to expect
Struggling with job applications in Denmark? Tired of sending hundreds of job applications and not getting replies? You're not alone; many Asian students and graduates face the same challenge, especially when international experience isn't fully recognized.
That's why we're hosting a special edition of "Vejen Til Erfaring / The Way to Experience," a collaboration between Community House Copenhagen and Sustainary, designed to support you in understanding how the Danish job market really works.
Over two interactive sessions, we'll share practical guidance, insider tips, and real strategies to help you move forward with confidence. This is a friendly, supportive space where you can learn, ask questions, and connect with others in the same situation.
We'll cover: – How Danish recruitment processes are designed – Networking as a fundamental practice – What it means to be a cultural fit – Your rights as an employee in Denmark – How to avoid unfair or underpaid work – How to communicate effectively with Danish employers – Tips on LinkedIn, CVs, and personal branding
