Name of the sustainable initiative
Techsave, Bringing Hi-Tech back to life.
Techsave has developed a cleaning machine with patented technology that can remove the damages that liquids does to electronics as smartphones, laptops, tablets etc. The damages by liquids are removed or reduced so much that up to 9 out of 10 liquid damages can be repaired for a much lower amount.
- This is good for:
- Environment: We save thousands of tons of CO2 and critical raw materials daily.
- Economy: The costs for liquid damages drops with around 40% using Techsave
- Security: Data on the unit is intact after cleaning.
The cleaning machine is installed at electronic repair centers in Europe, with more than 500 drop off points for the enduser.
In Europe more than 100.000 smartphones are daily disposed because of liquid damage, and add to that also a sign number of laptops. If all these where treated with Techsave, it would have. huge impact on the CO2 waste.
E-waste is the fastest growing environmental problem, and in smartphones and laptops, there is a number of critical raw materials.
