Making Denmark more inclusive to recruit and retain foreign talent through targeted initiatives, projects, partnerships, and policy advocacy.
Purpose
To position Denmark as one of the most inclusive and attractive countries for international talent. The project aims to create an ecosystem where organizations, individuals, and society mutually benefit from the value that international talent brings to Denmark, supporting organizations in their talent recruitment and retention while empowering individuals to integrate into Danish society and workplaces.

Project Description
Talent Friendly Nation is an initiative powered by Sustainary, aimed at transforming Denmark into the preferred destination for international talent. Through targeted initiatives, projects, partnerships, and policy advocacy, it addresses barriers of inclusion, diversity, and bureaucracy. Vision: To see Denmark as THE Talent Friendly Nation — a global leader in diversity, equity and inclusion, and the preferred destination for international talent.
