Kristian has 10+ years in business development leadership and management, through Business Hub Zealand (Danish: Erhvervshus Sjælland), where he currently works as a business development specialist. Kristian met with 80-100 startups and SMEs each year when he dived deep into anything from business modelling, team challenges, investor/partner pitching as well as public funding opportunities.
Many years of experience with both organizational and business development as well as product development – including artificial intelligence and digitization. As a manager and former entrepreneur, has faced all the challenges that managers in growth companies experience every day. He also has had his own consulting company, where he supported many companies to optimize organization and processes that created a basis for growth, as he is currently doing as a business developer at Copenhagen Business Hub.
