Initiative zero waste - Including food waste management in COASTI production process
My initiative consists in transforming waste from the hibiscus drink production into the following by-products: syrup and jam.
By forging innovation within my beverage manufacturing process, I produce eco-friendly products and byproducts, and therefore reduce environmental impact. In addition to that COASTI will serve as a pioneer to encourage the competition in using similar waste management technique in their business model, and thus contribute in shaping a sustainable ecosystem in the food industry.
